What can I say about this movie! It’s the biggest movie of the year, the hypes of an upcoming Avengers movie already started in the movie The Incredible Hulk, at the end of the movie, Robert Downey Jr. cameo as Iron Man, and when seeing these two characters together, Marvel fans knew that they was planning for an Avengers movie, because these 2 only introduced to each other when the Avenger team united. Then of course, Black Widow was introduced in Iron Man 2 as well as Nick Fury, then come Captain America and then Thor, the set was nearly complete. The movie was announced 1 year before its official release date, and it got everybody excited, it made me hyper and wanted to get to this date as soon as possible, which leading to a feeling of rush I had on the Thor and Captain America movies because they were a bit off track, I’m sure they just trying to rack things up with the back story as soon as possible, introducing you to your heroes. The only hero that didn’t have a stable actor to him was Hulk. although Lou Ferrigno stilled the voice of Hulk through out most of the movies, but Bruce Banner kept changing, one time he was Ron Perlman, another time he was Edward Norton, and now he is Mark Ruffalo. Other than that the heroes were pretty much settled. Chris Evan: Captain America, Iron Man: Robert Downey Jr., Natasha Romanoff(Black Widow): Scarlett Johansson, and Thor: Chris Hemworth. This is an amazing trend, but I hope the hype is worth it.
Nick Fury is director of S.H.I.E.L.D, an international peace keeping agency. The agency is a who’s who of Marvel Super Heroes, with Iron Man, The Incredible Hulk, Thor, Captain America, Hawkeye and Black Widow. When global security is threatened by Loki and his cohorts, Nick Fury and his team will need all their powers to save the world from disaster.
Loki is on the loose again, that guy is bloody hard to stop. Anyway the movie was wonderful, it was an effect fest to the audiences and all of the creature and the heroes was greatly portrayed. When I saw this in the cinema, I was blown away, It was better than I thought it would be, It didn’t fail to caught my attention at all, the cinematography in this movie was stunning, the effect was even better than Transformers, and that is one hell of an accomplishment. It fell between the line of Avatar and Transformer creating a nice bond between both, there was a imaginary world which didn’t stay on screen for long, basically it was the same Asgard type of world in Thor. the robot creature that Loki sent down was amazing done. the destroyed the whole city. They kept that same characteristics of the characters, which people who watched many movies should knew what these guy attitudes were and how they will came at each other. The action! It was pack. Also the comedy was tremendous, a great proportion of comedy and action, which simply mean they don’t deflect each other, they blended perfectly. It was hilarious, but again, every action movies had comedy elements involved in it, but this movie can be an action and comedy movie like Rush Hour, it was funny all the way. Not much I could say about the acting, it was good, but these type of movie won’t be running for Oscar for best actor or actress so I won’t go into detail about that, they formulated each other nicely, no one dominated the screen, well Scarlett Johansson kind of did because she was HOT! The special effects were wonderful, it was an eye candy for the audiences, the explosion, the spaceship, the guns… were all so well done, it felt so real. It was a great movie from top to bottom, great rising action, climax, falling action and ending. It was a classic hero and villains show down that we used to love in the comic, and know it’s being portrayed to a live action movie, it made people felt delighted.
Scenes that I love the most would be the scene where Thor and Hulk fought each other, they both really powerful, and when they fought each other they flew all over the place, tearing up the ship that was made out of steel, and the ship got many bulges afterward, which mean they were really strong. They eventually jumped of the ship, and Hulk still held grudge, he revenge later, which was pretty funny since they knew they can’t hurt each other much. The second scene that I love was actually all of the Iron Man scenes, he was so funny every time he appeared and his present was always felt. The scene that I love was the scene where Hulk smash Loki on the ground repeatedly, right after Loki insulted him saying that he wasn’t strong enough to kill him, he couldn’t even breathe properly after Hulk done smashing him, this was one hell of a great movie, go to your local cinema and watch this movie, your mind will be blown away.
